  • Lacefront wig: consists of 4”-4.5” of lace in the front with wefts in the back.
  • 5"x 5" HD Closure wig: consists of a 5"x5" HD lace closure with  wefts sewn around.
  • 1.5"x 4" Closure wig: consists of 1.5x4 inch lace closure in the front and wefts on sides and the back

Raw Southeast Asian: Highest Quality Raw Southeast Asian hair from one donor used to make Wig. Lasts 2+ years with proper maintenance.

    If your item says "in stock" it will ship same day or next day. 

    Any other items will ship within 5-10 business days (M-F).  Your tracking number will be emailed to you within those 5-10 business days. All shipping information can also be found in the description under each individual item. 

    Once your item is shipped you will receive it in 1-3 days depending on your location. 

    Processing time of an item stays the same regardless of shipping method. Example: If your item states it will take 5-10 business days to ship, but you select next day shipping, processing time will remain unaffected. We will ship your item using the shipping method you selected AFTER the processing time.

    Exchanges

    You may exchange your item for anything that is in stock ONLY.

    Small and large caps are final sale. 

    Customization fees are final sale if your original order was customized. 

    Cancellations

    Being that each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment.

    In-Stock items can only be cancelled before order is shipped.

    NO. If you put a PO box down as your address we will assign your package as "HOLD FOR PICKUP" at your local USPS store. You will then be prompted to show your ID upon picking up your item.

    Shedding is very MINIMAL. Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft OR knotted on lace is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Curly textures experience slightly more shedding than straight or wavy textures. 

    There is initially no tangling. The hair can begin to tangle if you have product buildup.  Make sure to shampoo using a sulfate-free shampoo to get rid of product build up and deep condition to restore the moisture.
